Testimonials

"I have taken driving classes before, but I didn't learn very much. This course makes you actually think about your problems and things you can correct; in your driving habits, and in your everyday problems. I thought I would hate this, but I'm very glad I had a chance to take it. You won't, however, see me taking another."

Pre-Trial / Diversion

Pretrial: Judges often use pretrial in situations where the defendant can get together with his or her attorney and the prosecutor to work out a plea. This keeps many cases from going to expensive and time-consuming trials. The home study option, where the defendant is required as part of their plea-bargaining to complete a home study workbook, is a win-win for both sides.

Diversion: This option is often used for lesser offenders who could be best served by being diverted out of the court and prosecution system. Often if they complete their assignment their case is dismissed and there is no record. The best assignment would be to complete a cognitive restructuring home study workbook. All serious offenders were at one time a first offender.
