It gave me pointers to not let anger take control of me and also it's helped me to communicate better with my wife and others. It's opened my eyes to how I was. Now I take the time to hear others before responding (acting out). It gave me strength to want to change.

The Thin Book of the Appreciative Inquiry

12/6/2010

This is a revolutionay philosophy utilized in organizations to increase productivity but also relates to parenting.  The focus of AI (Appreciative Inquiry) is to find what works and simply do more of that as opposed to looking for problems to solve.  Sue Hammond provides a short and descriptive way to helping things go right by simply focusing on what works. Excellent read!
